One short note a month — no fluff, no funnel.
A monthly send covering project announcements, hosting updates, and the occasional tech musing. Pick the topics you care about, or just take everything. Easy unsubscribe in every email; we never share your address.
Four kinds of updates.
Pick any subset on signup, or check none and we'll send you the full mix. Either way: monthly, never more.
Project announcements
When we ship something new — a build, a launch, a portfolio addition. Concrete details, not promo theatre.
Hosting updates
Operational news for hosting customers and anyone watching the infrastructure side. Maintenance windows, capacity changes, lessons from running real systems.
Tech thoughts
Occasional musings on tools, patterns, and the boring-tech-mostly philosophy. No "10 must-have tools for 2026" — just things we actually used in real builds.
Xeptix Labs updates
What we're working on, what's changing, what's next. Honest mile-markers, including the boring quarters.
The honest version.
How often, really?
Roughly monthly. We'd rather skip a month than send filler. If we have nothing worth saying, we won't say it just to stay on cadence.
Easy unsubscribe
One-click in every email. No "click here, then confirm, then sign in" loop. Your email leaves the list immediately, and re-signup later is also one click.
What happens with your email
Stored in our own SQLite database — not Mailchimp, not Substack. Sent via Maileroo, a transactional-email provider that gets the email to you and nothing else. We never share, sell, or rent addresses. See our privacy policy.
Why a newsletter at all?
Because most of the work we do is built behind login screens. The newsletter is the easiest way to share what we ship with people who'd otherwise never see it. If that's not interesting to you, no hard feelings — the rest of the site is enough.
