Hosting & Care.
We built it. We keep it healthy. Managed hosting, security patches, monitoring, and a pool of monthly support hours for the small adjustments and "can you tweak this" requests that come with owning a real piece of software.
Essential Care
Managed hosting, SSL, daily backups (14-day retention), uptime monitoring, and monthly security patches. Plus one hour a month for small fixes and content updates.
Active Care
Everything in Essential, plus 30-day backup retention, performance monitoring, a quarterly security review, priority queue, and three hours a month of changes or improvements.
Total Care
Everything in Active, plus eight hours a month of dev time, a quarterly strategy & roadmap call, direct Slack contact, and same / next-business-day response targets.
Prices above are the standard tier rates from our Hosting & Care Agreement. Pass-through costs (domain registration, paid third-party services), custom resourcing, or sales tax can shift the final invoice. Your locked-in price lives in the signed Agreement. Excess support time beyond plan inclusion is billed at $100/hr.
Project Hosting.
You've got a Discord bot, a game server, or a webapp that needs a real home. We didn't build it, but we'll keep it online — with the same monitoring, patching, and backup discipline we use for our own work. Spark Host is self-service for the smallest workloads; Lite, Server, and Pro are fully managed with included monthly application-support time.
Spark Host
Discord/Telegram/Slack bots, small workers, cron jobs, tiny sites with light backend. 1 GB RAM, 1 vCPU, 10 GB storage. 100 Mbps min, burst to 250. Auto-restart, weekly backups. Account, billing, and infrastructure support always included; application help on request at $100/hr.
Lite Host
Larger bots with state, small Node/Python apps, webhook handlers, small game servers (Minecraft 4–6 players). 4 GB RAM, 2 vCPU, 25 GB storage. 100 Mbps min, burst to 500. Daily backups, uptime alerts. 30 min/mo of application support, 1–2 business day response.
Server Host
Medium game servers (Minecraft 10–15 players, Valheim, Terraria), persistent bots with high message volume, small business apps. 8 GB RAM, 4 vCPU, 50 GB storage. 500 Mbps min, burst to 1 Gbps. Pre-configured game templates. 1 hr/mo support, same / next business day response.
Pro Host
Larger game servers (~15–20 players), modded Minecraft for small groups, multi-component apps with persistent state. 16 GB RAM, 6 vCPU, 100 GB storage. 1 Gbps min, burst to 2.5. 14-day backups, performance monitoring, 2 hrs/mo support, same business day response.
Need more headroom? Add-ons available on any tier: +1 GB RAM ($6/mo), +1 vCPU ($7/mo), +10 GB storage ($2/mo). For workloads above Pro Host (large modded servers, 30+ players, multi-server clusters), we offer Custom Hosting on quote.
Pay-As-You-Go also available. If your usage is spiky or you'd rather pay for what you actually use, we offer metered PAYG hosting — billed monthly for businesses, prepaid balance for individuals. Same monitoring, same patching, same care.

We propose a tier
We reply with a recommended tier, a real monthly number, and any clarifying questions. Final pricing lands in the Hosting Agreement we send to sign.
We set it up & run it
Provisioning, monitoring, backups, and patching are all included in the tier. Any inbound migration or custom setup work is quoted up front in the Hosting Agreement so there are no surprises.

What's the difference between Hosting & Care and Project Hosting?
Hosting & Care is for sites and apps we built — managed hosting plus ongoing support hours. Project Hosting is for projects you bring to us — bots, game servers, webapps. Pick whichever matches the relationship; we'll help if it's in between.
Are the prices on this page final?
No. The numbers here are starting points and could be higher or lower depending on actual resource needs, traffic, and any extras. Your real, locked-in price always lives in the signed Hosting Agreement.
What if my project outgrows the tier?
We'll let you know in writing before changing your invoice. Most tiers have headroom built in; if usage trends past it, we'll either propose moving you to the next tier or switch you to PAYG if your usage is spiky. No surprise bills.
What about uptime, backups, and leaving?
Uptime and backup cadence are defined in the Hosting Agreement — we target 99% monthly availability and have held 99.5%+ uptime over the last 3 years. If you ever leave, the Agreement includes free handoff support: a final data export, DNS instructions, and 1–2 hours of migration assistance to your next provider (depending on plan). Inbound setup or migration from another host, when applicable, is quoted up front in the Hosting Agreement.
